Here's the text editor I use for most of my projects. Lots of great features and really takes a lot of nightmares out of some of the conversions.

Notepad is great but some of my design projects need Unicode and other small percularities that UltraEdit provides. BTW it also reads binaries, but for most of us we don't want to go there. lol!
